Back in October, 2003, when the Cubs got knocked out of the World Series (some say, the fan who interfered), Buffy the Vampire Slayer's spinoff, Angel, was in the early stages of its fifth and final season.

Why is this important? Because I'm going to give you a couple days to watch episode three of Angel, season five, before we re-podcast Showtalkers #42, hosted by me, Josh, and someone we don't see too much anymore, Estro-Jen.

For the podcasters reading this, I'm going to making a point after my trip down memory lane is completed. And this has nothing to do with how long I've been involved in this, nor does it have anything to do with the sheer volume of shows my crew has cranked out in the days before podcasting.

It has to do with an issue that most podcasters have yet to face.
